Land contract and management rights shares farmer cooperatives are farmers out of the bottom-up to explore a new way, not only to solve the contradiction between the reality of the land transfer, and promote the rapid development of farmer cooperatives. In recent years, Chengdu resources based on the status quo of rural and agricultural development capabilities, and actively explore new ways of rural land circulation, these new methods include land shares, land swaps, land lease and land subcontracting.
