Study On The Evaluation Of Intensive Utilization Of Urban Land In Sanmenxia City

Land resources is the source of development and the conservation and intensivism is the foundation of sustainable development. The conservation priority strategy and target about unit GDP consumption decreased 30% had been written into compendium of 5 years of programs firstly in 2011, which enhanced land intensive to a much higher level. Intensive land use has become one of the important ways to solve the land problem in the economic development of China. Sanmenxia city, located in area that includes the Central Plains Economic Zone and the the Yellow River Golden Triangle,is facing great opportunities and challenges in development. The intensive utilization of urban land is an effective way to seize the opportunity and challenge of Sanmenxia city,which can ease the tense situation of land, optimize the allocation of land resources city and provide a reference to other cities. So the evaluation of intensive utilization of urban land on Sanmenxia city is of great significance.In this paper,intensive utilization of Sanmenxia city was studied by using a variety of methods. It was through on-the-spot investigation that the systematical analysis of land utilization about Sanmenxia city were given. Firstly, this paper dissected the existing problems in land use by analyzing the current using situation of the land. Secondly, basded on the index system which is established according to the actual situation, the comprehensive evaluation method of entropy and multifactor model were put forward, and with the help of MATLAB7.10.0 software evaluation results were given. Thirdly, this paper summarized the status of land intensive use of urban centres and focused on the trend of changes in land intensive utilization and the mains factors that influence the intensive utilization of land according to the results of evaluation of urban land intensive use. Finally, combined with the results of quantitative and qualitative analysis, corresponding countermeasures were put forward.The main conclusions of this paper are as follows:(1) The urban land intensive utilization level about Sanmenxia city is not high, so the urban land in Sanmenxia city has huge growth potential;(2) A common cause of low level development of the three subsystems is the lack of cohesion and lagging planning; (3) The economic subsystem makes less contributions to land intensive use than the other two subsystems, so we must to promote the development of economic system. The relation between land investment and land output is an important factor to influence the development of the economic system;(4) The unreasonable structural layout of the Sanmenxia urban land is one of the reasons for the low intensive utilization ratio of land; (5)The ecological system is a subsystem of the biggest influence on land intensive utilization in Sanmenxia city, but the development level of environmental protection and greening level is unstable, which had restricted the healthy development of ecological subsystem. According to the research conclusion, this paper proposed the following countermeasures of intensive use of urban land:(1) Strengthening the connection between land use planning and other special planning, and giving full play to the role of planning;(2)To strengthen land management information construction, providing data collection platform to improve the data support for the intensive utilization of land;(3)Transforming of the mode of economic growth and to promote the pattern of changes from extensive to intensive mode in economic development and land use;(4) In the process of raising land value, the city should make reasonable adjustments for the land use structure, optimize the allocation of land resources, and correctly handle the relationship between land use and ecological construction;(5) Dealing with the relationship between land use and ecological construction, we should pay more attention to ecological construction and environmental protection on the basis of steady progress of city construction,avoiding the embarrassment of treatment after damage.
