Analysis On Influential Factors Of Peasants Professional Cooperatives Provide Agricultural Socialization Service

After 30 years of reform, the rural economy has been developing rapidly and the income level of farmers increase gradually. But because of the lack of necessary social service organizations and systems, agricultural production can only repeat at a low level. Central file proposed to improve the agricultural social service system and to build a new agricultural social service system which public service combined with business services, special services and coordination of comprehensive services. We have the problem that the lack of effective supply of agricultural social service and have the structural contradictions in supply and demand for various types of agricultural social service. Peasants professional cooperatives has a special advantage in agricultural socialization service. So we should increase financial support to organizations operating provide public service. This research about influential factors of peasants professional cooperatives provide agricultural socialization service is necessary and meaningful.This study combines the theory of supply and demand theory, institutional change theory, public choice theory, professional allocative efficiency theory and existing research literature, based on the investigation data in 32 peasants professional cooperatives in shuangliu, principal component analysis is used to analysis on influential factors of peasants professional cooperatives provide agricultural socialization service.Through empirical research the concludes are as follows:(1) the degree of standardization of the management of peasants professional cooperatives has a significant positive effect to peasants professional cooperatives provide agricultural socialization service.(2) the impact of infrastructure construction next to the internal management of peasants professional cooperatives.(3) overall the impact of peasants professional cooperatives provide agricultural socialization service is their variable.(4) the role of government is one of the external factors that can not be ignored.For the above conclusions, a few suggestions are:(1) strengthen internal management of peasants professional cooperatives and innovative peasants professional cooperatives’ supply mechanism of social service.
