The Influencing Facor Research Of Agricultural Land Large-scale Transformation Of Fig-growing Household

Neijiang city is known as the "township of Chinese figs", the fig industry has a long history of development. According to the statistical data, the scale of fig planting in Neijiang is above 20%of the scale of the whole country., but most belong to small-scale cultivation of retails,the product is lack of competitiveness in the market and the intensive utilization of land is small which caused a lot of waste of resources. Therefore, this paper takes Weiyuan county and Dongxing district as the research area, research on the factors of land scale transformation of fig industry, combine land use and land scale transition in the research area, to provide the important theoretical basis and realistic reference for regulating the development of the fig industry and improving the competitiveness of the market.This paper use the theory of scale return, transaction cost and resource allocation as the framework of the research, combine the research on the status quo of the operation of fig industry and land scale of the research area, selection factor analysis and two yuan Logistic regression model as the research method analyze and find out the influencing factors of land scale transformation. The main conclusions of the study are:(1) the BOT pattern of the study area can improve the fig farmers’ benefits and transfer a part of surplus rural labor force. While the BOT model still exist some problems on the efficiency and the management of land use, The land scale transformation of farmers is restricted by the subjective factor and objective factor. The subjective factors include the farmer’s own culture, skills and risk preference; objective factors including national policy environment, agricultural management mode, financial support, old-age security, employment, environment etc.(2) The main influence factors Include agricultural endowments, Agricultural labor resources, negotiation ability, market information cognition, land and technology endowment.(3) The single land scale expansion is not the real scale use of land, only combine with the intensive use of agricultural land, technology continues to upgrade, and infrastructure continues to improve, land management more standardized, more flexible and practical of the management model and other software based,can the real land scale transition become realization.According to the above conclusions, the following countermeasures are put forward: combine land consolidation and new management pattern, build the foundation for scale transition of land; establish a diversified channel for information acquisition, achieve full coverage of information; credit system for farmers, improve the rural financial system; break the old age security shield,innovative pension security ideas; construction of agricultural standardization production system, promote the transformation of agricultural land scale.
