Heilongjiang Province as a major agricultural province,to solve the problem of food security, promote agricultural industrialization and modernization process has played a prominent role in the new agricultural research as a carrier business model, it has a good role model.In this paper, the concept of agricultural business model is analyzed, and a brief introduction of the development process of China’s agricultural business model has undergone several changes in the development process, analysis of the current business model of the practicality and limitations.
