Characteristic Analysis And Development Path Research Of Scale Household Management In Henan Province

In the context of agricultural modernization,the development of new agricultural operation subjects is in line with the characteristics of intensification,marketization,specialization and organization of modern agricultural development.At the same time,due to the rapid economic development of the main groups to the industrial and service industries a large number of transfer,the serious loss of labor force,the development of new agricultural business is urgent.Henan province,as a large agricultural province in central China,is one of the important grain bases.In recent years due to the policy level and system level,the current rural land circulation is not yet mature,at the same time,the development of new type of agricultural management main body is in its infancy,farmers' income increase within the framework of the organization,the scale of production of the low level is struggling,in promoting agricultural modernization production level is also facing many problems and difficulties.Based on this,this paper takes the farmers with a certain scale of production and operation as the main research object among the new agricultural operation subjects,namely scale agricultural operation households.This paper will mainly adopt the methods of literature induction,data analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,and based on the data of the third agricultural census of henan province,analyze and study the development of the new agricultural operation subject in the middle scale households.Firstly,on the basis of summarizing relevant researches at home and abroad,the basic connotation of scale households is summarized and the characteristics of employees are analyzed through data,including age,gender ratio,education level and type of agriculture,etc.Then,using the theory of property right,the theory of scale economy,the theory of labor flow and other theoretical basis to explain the scientific nature of scale household management;Again,through the data described in henan province from two aspects of operating characteristics,land circulation scale development present situation,the operating characteristics of level,mainly includes the farmer type proportion and mode of operation,agricultural products sales,new type in the form of agricultural operation organizations and agricultural production new schema types,certification of agricultural products,new business activity type,registration of industrial and commercial business license,agricultural insurance,and so on and so forth.In the aspect of land transfer,it analyzes the area comparison of inflow mode,the use analysis of land transfer,and the proportion of cultivated land area actually cultivated by three main bodies(scale households,ordinary households and agricultural operation units)in turn.From the above development status,a systematic summary of the scale of the development of the results and problems;Finally,in view of these problems,puts forward the corresponding countermeasure analysis,in order to provide the reference for henan province scale household development.Based on the current development situation of large-scale households in henan province,this paper puts forward relevant Suggestions and effective measures in a practical and realistic manner,proving that large-scale households are practical and feasible ways to promote the development of modern agriculture [1].On the basis of reviewing and reviewing the land circulation,this paper discusses the countermeasures and Suggestions to guide the rural land circulation and promote the large-scale agricultural operation,so as to improve the new agricultural operation system and boost the development and growth of the new agricultural operation subjects.
