As the agricultural county of East Sichuan, Yuechi County gets harvest grain year after year. A steady supply of grain in Yuechi County can provide sufficient raw material security for the liquor industry’s development, lay the material foundation for Yuechi County Rural liquor enterprise development, and then promote the Yuechi County economic development.However, with the high-end liquor into the fall, the introduction of low-end liquor occupied the county market, caused great negative impact to the sales of rural liquor. Therefore, the study of the financial risk of rural liquor in Yuechi County, and promoting the healthy development of rural liquor enterprise in Yuechi county and promoting the development of rural economy are of great significance.On the basis of a large number of literature reading, combined with Yuechi County 6 rural liquor enterprise’s financial statements and other relevant information, through the analysis of the financial statements and the descriptive analysis of Yuechi County Rural liquor business of financial risk identification, the paper established financial indicators with AHP Yuechi County Rural liquor enterprise financial risk early warning model. On this basis, Yuechi County Lane Village liquor enterprise financial risk evaluation, and proposed to reduce effectively the Yuechi County Rural liquor enterprise financial risk measures.The conclusions of this study are presented as follows. (1) Established method of financial risk early warning model based on the analytic hierarchy process, Through the analysis, find the difference of the financial risk of the liquor companies in Yuechi county.(2) Financial risk warning score fell most seriously in 2013. The main business growth rate, accounts receivable turnover rate, the main business profit margin, total assets growth rate, net interest rate of total assets, net assets net interest rate and the rate are the main financial indicators.(3) This paper has put forward some countermeasures for the financing, investment, capital recovery and income distribution of the rural liquor companies in Yuechi county.
