Research On The Identification Method Of Multi-order Parameters Of Organizational Strategic Change Process

In recent years, enterprises have faced great pressure brought about by the technological changes and hyper-competitive environment, and this uncertainty and complexity of environmental pressure facilitates the implementation of strategic change. Therefore, the effective strategic change becomes the important law o f survival to deal with challenges and seek development. With the wide application of Synergetics in the social and economic fields, the original theory of strategic change process will be complemented and extended by analyzing it from the perspective of synergetic evolution. As one of the most important concepts of Synergetics, the order parameter is the basic measurement dominating the continuous systems evolution. Therefore, to analyze of mechanism of multi-order parameters of strategic change process is essential for regulating the strategic change process.In the perspective of order parameter theory, this paper absorbs the ideas from the Dissipative structure theory and analyzes the mechanism of multi-order parameters of strategic change process from the process of energy dissipation, and individually proposes the structure-oriented and efficiency-oriented identification method for multi-order parameters of strategic change process. The research priorities include the following aspects:First, the mechanism of multi-order parameters is analyzed during the process of the strategic change. The prerequisite of the mechanism of multi-order parameters is analyzed based the Dissipative structure theory and the power is analyzed by the process of energy dissipation, and then the evolution is investigated during the process of the strategic change.Then, the characteristics of multi-order parameters are described after the analysis of mechanism. This paper describes the characteristics of competition and cooperation, structure and efficiency of multi-order parameters in the process of strategic change.On the above basis, the identification methods of multi-order parameters are proposed in the process strategic change. According to the characteristics of multi-order parameters described above, this paper individually proposes the structure-oriented and efficiency-oriented identification method for multi-order parameters of strategic change process based on the theory of competitive optimal.The mechanism of multi-order parameters analyzed by the paper further enriches the connotation of order parameters and realizes the correspondence between micro-reaction and macro-structure. And the identification method proposed by the paper provides the new analysis tools and techniques for the strategic change theory.
