Research On The Pattern Of Orderly Behavior Of Enterprise Strategic Change Under The Synergy Of Multi-order Parameters

In recent years,enterprises are facing tremendous pressure of survival and development,which gradually promoting the implementation of strategic change.If the enterprise wants to face the challenge calmly,then the strategic transformation is the only way.Therefore,it has been concerned by many enterprises.Nowadays,synergetic theory is widely used in various fields,especially in economic and social fields.The analysis of enterprise strategic change from the perspective of co-operative evolution is a supplement to the existing research theory.Order parameter is a very important theory in Synergetics theory.As a basic unit,it measures the strategic change of enterprises.Therefore,the role of order parameters in the process of strategic change of enterprises is explored in depth.Therefore,it is very important to explore the role of order parameters in the process of strategic change and to study the orderly behavior of enterprise strategic change.It is one of the key contents of the research to analyze the specific process of enterprise strategic change from the angle of order parameter,so as to construct the system dynamics model of the whole process,and identify the order parameter of strategic change by the method of system dynamics.The orderly behavior of the strategic change process under the synergistic action of multi-order parameters is analyzed.The key points are as follows: firstly,the formation process and production conditions of the order parameter are analyzed,and the qualitative research on the specific process of enterprise strategic change is carried out by using the rooted theory,and the source of the order parameter in the enterprise strategic change is analyzed.Secondly,the causality analysis of the source of the order parameter in the strategic change is carried out,and the relationship between the source and the source in the system of change is clarified.The system dynamic model and variable equation are built.Finally,based on the simulation of the system dynamics model of the strategic change process,the order parameters of the strategic change process are identified by the sensitivity analysis of the variables,and the ordered behavior patterns of the strategic change process under the different order parameters are analyzed.The results show that the organizational learning input is one of the preface parameters of the process of enterprise strategic change,which leads to the orderly behavior of strategic change by influencing the knowledge level of the enterprise.As an order parameter of theprocess of enterprise strategic change,the transformation of enterprise resources affects the enterprise resources to lead the orderly behavior of the strategic change of the enterprise,and the transformation of enterprise capacity.As an order parameter of the process of enterprise strategic change,it affects the ability of the enterprise to lead the orderly behavior of the strategic change of the enterprise.The three parties cooperate with each other to promote the strategy of the enterprise to carry out orderly.
