Research On The Identification Of The Main Order Parameter Of Enterprise Strategic Change

This paper selects topic from the Ministry of Education of Humanities and SocialScience Youth Fund Project (10YJC630272), the research question is one of core issues inthe project.With the rapid development of modern science and technology and the acceleration ofworld economic integration in recent years, the enterprise strategic change has been animportant way to adapt to environmental changes and to create competitive advantages.Therefore, how to improve the effectiveness of strategic change to ensure the orderlyconduct of strategic change process has become a hot issue of strategic change field.In the perspective of order parameter theory, this paper analyzes change and effectrelationship of the elements in the process of strategic change, proposes the main orderparameter identification method and the corresponding cultivation and regulation policiesbased on building order parameter identification index system in the process of strategicchange, the research priorities include the following aspects:First of all, the analysis framework in the process of enterprise strategic change isconstructed based on the principles of order parameter. Based on the theory ofself-organization and the systematic collaboration, this paper analyzes the collaborativechange relationship of the various elements within the organizational systems in theprocess of enterprise strategic change, constructs the mechanism framework in the processof enterprise strategic change based on the principle of order parameter.Then, the identification index system and method of the order parameter are showedin the process of the enterprise strategic change. This paper constructs identification indexsystem of the order parameter based on the systematic analysis of the process model ofenterprise strategic change; and proposes order parameter identification method in theprocess of enterprise strategic change based on the theory of competitive optimal. On the above basis, the identification method and control strategies of the main orderparameter are proposed in the process of the enterprise strategic change. After determiningidentification methods and principles of the main parameter, this paper formulates thebenchmark of the control strategies and proposes the corresponding control strategies.Finally, it proves the validity of the research results of the paper by analyzing examples.To a certain extent, the identification index system, identification method and controlstrategies of the main order parameter in this paper, provide a new theoretical tool forstudying and analyzing the process mechanism of enterprise strategic change, at the sametime has the reference function to practice of the enterprise strategic change.
