The development of enterprise annuity has important practical significance to make up for a lack of basic endowment insurance, solve the government financial pressure, appropriate improve retiree life safeguard, and maintain social stability at present. No unified standard for how to build enterprise annuity and specifications,due to the voluntary principle is adopted in the enterprise annuity. But the design of the enterprise annuity plan is important for its future. Based on the improvement of enterprise annuity plan for research object of SPG, this paper has a direct instruction value to improve the company’s pension management level, and also has certain reference significance.Based on the introduction of the research background and the significance of the research, the paper summarizes and compares the basic theory of enterprise annuity, and then analyzes the main defects of the company’s pension scheme. This paper also puts forward the measures to improve the company’s pension scheme, and finds out some solutions to the company’s pension scheme.The conclusion of this study are as follows:firstly, the overall level of annuity payment is low, the pension annuity incentive function is weak, and lack of improper operation mode. The internal control system is the main defect of the corporate pension scheme. Secondly, the business case should consider the policy side in the reform of China’s electric power system.Thirdly, it is an economic feasibility and feasibility way to increase the personal payment level by one percentage point,meanwhile increase three percentage point of the enterprise payment level.Fourth,to strengthen the establishment of pension annuity through the establishment of incentive function way of individual workers performance appraisal and reward system.Fifth, to establish fund investment income guarantee mechanism construction measures the annuity corporate trustee model under the internal control system through the transformation of pension management committee functions.
