The Study On The Improvement Of Total Quality Management In SX Company

Emergence and development of quality management which has a long history has gone through a long test. Inspection has begun to the main method in quality management since the emergence of the commodity in human history. From the early 20th century, represented by the appearance of F.W. Taylor’s scientific management theory, to the quality management engineering in the 21st century, quality management has hugely changed. In the 21st century, enterprises were faced with fierce external business environment changes, which put forward strict requirements to the enterprise cost control, quality management. Total quality management advocates the basis of customer satisfaction benefits all members of the organization and social and achieves long-term success, which has proven to be an important method for enhancing enterprise core competitiveness and reaching enterprise strategic target. How to improve the quality of enterprise through effective total quality management, and move towards excellence quality stage has been paid close attention to.The period of the 21st century is to realize China’s dream, and is how our country shift from a low level of "made in China" and "world factory" to a high level of "wisdom in China". However, if there is no efficient operating system as support, the realization of the transformation would be in sight. In order to achieve the dream of power, we must learn foreign management thoughts and advanced enterprise development experience and study operation mode in accordance with own national conditions and own development path. This is an important issue for domestic enterprises for a long time in the future.Therefore, the study explores the application of total quality management under new situation, points out some of the problems existing in the pursue of total quality management in SX company, and puts forward his own suggestions and counter-measures, which has important practical significance for improving product quality and operational efficacy of production enterprises and the enterprise competitive power.This article is based on the study of the total quality management, and realizes effective combination between total quality management and enterprise actual production operation. The improved measures of total quality management in SX company were described in detail. SX company’s case provides some concrete ideas and operation method for other similar enterprises implementing the total quality management; especially provide some valuable reference for successful implementation of total quality management driven by the continuous improvement idea.
