Research On Housing Accumulation Fund Management In Zibo City Based On The Perspective Of Risk Management

Since 1991, to encourage the developing of the financial and real estate industries in our country, and promote the prosperity of commodity economy, the housing accumulation fund system in our country began to implement in Shanghai as the pilot city, gradually extended to the whole country. After more than 20 years of development, the accumulation fund has become a huge pool of capital that followed the provident fund management is increasingly complex, and problems emerge in endlessly.In Zibo city of Shandong province as an example in this article, from the public accumulation fund for housing construction management, this paper reviews the development of housing accumulation fund system at home and abroad, improves the housing accumulation fund management mode, and puts forward the proposition that the risk management could improve the housing accumulation fund management. To demonstrate this proposition, it is necessary to make a rational analysis for the present status of the Shandong Zibo city housing accumulation fund management, analyze the reasons for the housing accumulation fund management problems based on the perspectives of theory and practice. Meanwhile, state the feasibility of the application of housing accumulation fund management risk monitoring from the overall environment, hardware and software technology, relevant organizations and personnel three angles, and then sum up the overall train of thought of the improving Shandong Zibo city housing accumulation fund management.
