The Research Of Economic Transformation Of Shanxi Province Based On Resource Region

Today’s society, whether it is national or Shanxi’s province economic development,it should be based on the guidance of the scientific concept of development as a theory of economic development, and guides economic development, environment, harmony and balanced social, coordinated and sustainable development. Shanxi Province is a typical resource-based region with rich natural resources, especially coal resources reserve is largest. In the period of industrialization since the founding, Shanxi Province as a base provided energy in the development of the national economy and played irreplaceable role in the foundation. But in the process of Shanxi Province as the resource-based regional development, with the emergence of the "resource curse" phenomenon, Shanxi Province’s economic growth began to decline in 2014, Shanxi’s economic growth rate only is 4.9%.By studying that Shanxi Province as the resource region economic transformation development, while author put forward to the existing problems about Shanxi Province as the resource-based region economy transformation development of the existing problems and their causes.This paper analyzes with reference to the use of some statistics, and and sorts through forming a graph in order to more effective specify the presence of problems and drawbacks. Author analyzes the existing problems and their causes, problems including the lack of proper and sustainable transformation development theory as guidance, industrial transformation is not complete, many correct transformation plan are to stay in the theoretical stage, only a "crisis of transition" rather than " Integrated " and make no use of the advantages of regional cooperation in the area around to promote transformation of Shanxi province. The reasons including:the system is not perfect, people-oriented is not as the core, ideological emancipation is not enough, powers and responsibilities are not clear, backward technology, serious corruption and rent-seeking. Establish a transition strategy on Shanxi Province economic transformation development, including the new scientific development concept of development on sustainable development is as a theoretical transition guidance, thoroughly industrial restructuring, increase transformation programs enforcement, establish the correct transformation of consciousness, a " Integrated transition "and take the advantages of overlapping multi-regional cooperation. So that the resource-based economy transformation can be comprehensive, improve people’s living standards, and enhance the level of happiness of people’s lives.Shanxi Province as the resource-based research area, hopes transformation development of economic can guide other resource-based regions transformation development.
