The development of communication market has changed with the saturation of the communication market and the growing maturity of 4G. Customer service driven channel system which relies on new creating customer has met a great challenge. The social channel system has to change from card distributor into phone distributor and contractor. The service provider still has a wide range of distribution. They usually neglect the product quality, so their operation can’t catch up with the trend.In this article, it makes use of the marketing channel relative theory. Based on domestic and abroad literatures, it analyzed the environment of local communication industry and the real characteristic of competitor with the long work experience in Huizhou Mobile Company, mainly focused on the transformation of social channel and improvement of the management for Huizhou Mobile Company. It analyzed the social channel base on the basic structure, current situation, and environment operation and competitive model and etc. And introduced the trait of the management and proposed the improvement of social channel system management with experience. Firstly, adjust the channel system, increase the join channel system, Secondly, improving the sales ability of distribution channel for end users. Thirdly, improving the quality management for new customer and improving control of the channel. Fourthly, improving the payment system and improving the satisfaction of customer. Fifthly,building the team work of the channel managers and improving their performance. Finally, proposed the transformation idea of Huizhou Mobile social channel with 4G concept and development, including operation transformation, the channel positioning transformation, and the transformation of channel management.
