The demand for express delivery is gradually increasing with the rapid development of the world economy and accelerate the process of globalization. China’s express delivery business volume growth has for four consecutive years of more than 50%, while the rapid development of express delivery industry, more than the number of courier companies of the 10,000 operations are not standardized, the uneven quality of employees, and poor quality of service issues have been exposed. China’s express delivery market has been formed on the three main:state-owned courier companies, international express delivery companies, private courier companies. Foreign express delivery companies have absolute competitive advantage in the international express delivery market.
