Analysis And Study On The Development Of Sighting Agriculture In Taishan District

Sightseeing agriculture was a new type of agricultural development in the recent decades,the development of leisure sightseeing agriculture provided urban residents the sightseeing places for returning to nature,relaxing stress and delighting mood.Taishan District was the middle part of Taian city,which was located in the center tourist route of "Moumt Tai,the Yellow River and Confucius",Its good geographical location and convenient provided very favorable conditions for the development of sightseeing agriculture.However,there are also some problems and difficulties in the development of sightseeing agriculture,which restrict the development of the next step.Therefore,through in depth studying of sightseeing agriculture in Taishan District,then gives the advices on specific development,to solve the potential problems and strengthening its core competitiveness to achieve sustainable development of sightseeing agriculture was significant.The dissertation focused on the sustainable development of Taishan District sightseeing agriculture to make a comprehensive analysis of its current development with means of field investigation and case study,etc.Through the study and analysis of sightseeing agriculture sustainable development in Taishan District with the SWOT analysis,tried to find out its advantages,weaknesses,threats and opportunities,and further analysised the existing problems and Putted forward suggestions for improvement.First of all,the article summarized the research background,purpose and the relevant research progress at home and abroad.Secondly,aimed at the theory and the analysis of the significance of sightseeing agriculture development,held the view that the development of sightseeing agriculture can promote economic development,meet people's needs,protect the environment as well as promote cultural exchanges.Thirdly,many multiple projects and the current situation of sightseeing agriculture development were discussed,analyzed and summarized.Tourism developing was the needs of regional economy,social development and the local folklore culture.Analyzed the sightseeing agriculture development of Taishan District with SWTO analysis,which concluded the following:the advantages were location advantage,rich resources,great power of economy,cultural advantage and perfect matching of tourism;weakness included:the delay of tourism construction,lack of publicity,high production cost and labor cost;Opportunity mainly included a huge tourism market,tourism develops fleetly and policy supports;Main challenges were incomplete public tourism service,rivalry from the surrounding areas.Fourth,the existing problems were summarized and countermeasures of tourism agricultural development in Taishan area were suggested:making the region's tourism agricultural development planning;researching and introducing the land use policy to support sightseeing agricultural tourism;accelerating tourism agricultural infrastructure construction;building tourism agricultural routes;strengthening the tourism agricultural marketing;cultivating tourism brand and the construction talent team construction for sightseeing agricultural.
