General industry especially energy intensive industry and some regional professional market will be easd to the the surrounding areas.Hebei as the most backward province in beijing-tianjin-hebei region,needs to seize the opportunity and undertake the beijing-tianjin industrial transfer reasonably aiming at optimizing the structure of industry and realizing the leap-forward development.Through the above measures,not only will the economic development be promoted,but also it will make an important role in the beijing-tianjin-hebei region industrial structure rationalization and fundamentals.Based on this, this article attempts from the perspective of theoretical and empirical to investigate the industrial undertake ability of hebei under the background of the coordinated development of beijing-tianjin-hebei,and provides the reference of speeding up the industrial spatial layout and promoting the industrial undertake ability for hebei government.First of all, this article elaborates the research background and significance, and introduces the research ideas and methods in further.Secondly,this article expounds related concept and main theory.This chapter mainly introduces the industrial synergy, transfers, undertake concept and industrial undertake theory,reviews the literature research at home and abroad,and provides theoretical basis for the later research.Thirdly,this chapter introduces industry coordinated development status in beijing-tianjin-hebei region.This chapter mainly introduces comparative analysis of three industrial structure differences,and the relationship of three areas in the industrial transfer and undertake,which provide the realistic foundation for later study.Fourthly,this chapter undertakes analyses to the industrial undertake ability of hebei province.This chapter firstly introduces the evaluation system of the industrial undertake ability,and secondary and tertiary industrial undertake ability of the evaluation index.And then this chapter uses principal components analysis from the provincial level to measure the comprehensive score and rankings of hebei province and other provinces.Through analyzing the industrial undertake ability of hebei province across the country,it takes general conclusions.Fifthly,this part analysizes the industrial transfer status and problems of hebei province and every prefectural-level city when undertaking industry.This chapter mainly analyzes the industrial transfer status of every prefectural-level city in hebei,and what hebei province faces when undertaking industry.Finally,policy suggestions.Based on the above qualitative and quantitative,theory and empirical analysis,this chapter provides corresponding policy recommendations on how to promote the collaborative development of beijing-tianjin-hebei.
