Study On The Path Of Hebei Province To Undertake The Industrial Transfer Of Beijing And Tianjin

The co-ordinated development of Beijing-tianjin-hebei,can be traced back to the earliest “capital economic circle”plan in 1982,with the development of recent years,Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is another domestic economic growth pole that owning good development prospects following the “Yangtze River Delta”,“Pearl River Delta”.But because of the influence of the historical factors,the economic development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei Province is not balanced,due to the low level of industrial gradient,the conomic development is relatively slow and the industrial structure is not reasonable in Hebei Province,the industrial base is relatively weak.At the same time,under the background of the co-ordinated development of Beijing-tianjin-hebei,although Hebei province is the less developed province,but according to its own conditions and the current policy environment,to undertake the transfering industry of Beijing and Tianjin,and use their own advantages to develop the distinctive industries,to optimize its industrial layout is feasible and promising.In this paper,I start with data analysis,By comparing the data of the total investment in fixed assets,structure of the tertiary industry,employment structure,total export-import volume,actually utilized foreign capital,economic extroversion,to illustrate the existence of economic gradient difference among Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei,providing the possibilit y for Hebei province to undertake the transfering industry of Beijing and Tianjin.Then by calculating the area allocation coefficient(S)and location quotient(LQ)of industrial trades to reflects the general situation of the industrial structure of Beijing,Tianjin and the respective advantages of the industry,then it can be more clear for Hebei province to formulate the strategy to undertake transfering industry of Beijing and Tianjin.Then combined with the positioning of Beijing,Tianjin,the Hebei's own conditions and advantages of the industry,choose the metallurgy mining industry,equipment manufacturing industry and medicine manufacturing industry a s focus to analysis.In the end,Combined with the actual situation in recent years to analyze the undering ability and the influence factors of Hebei province,It is concluded that Hebei province has both advantages and disadvantages,And put forward relevant countermeasures and suggestions.
