This thesis is for Northeast Pharm Group internal restructuring, human resources business,made by respective subsidiary, adjustment on the grounds of the group’s human resources department unified control by using modern means, and the use of scientific analysis to realization of MIS system in company human resource service. The MIS system makes the scattered, not standardized the subsidiary human resources business flow transforms unified as a whole and specified by headquarter control in business process. For the realization of company organization restructuring,it should build human resource service platform by the group level. Unified deployment of personnel configuration is that inventory reserve personnel, personnel structure, personnel, personnel development; strengthening the control of cost( per capita profit), total remuneration and remuneration distribution; strengthen the risk management of labor contract law risk, personnel shortages, key personnel flow has been optimized and improved.The thesis is mainly to the information, standardization, standardization research for the human resources between headquarters and the subsidiary in Northeast Pharm.Select this topic mainly based on two points: 1. HR Headquarters should optimized business and just personnel organization, increase and decrease personnel, salary payment and other method to unified management and approval system; 2. The author is engaged in the work and very familiar with the business, research direction of help to improve the operational capacity of the author and the grasp of policy. During this period. I and staff in the project team have done a lot of work, combing with the human resources related business modules: organization management module, personnel information management module, personnel changes management module, payment management module, contract management module and relates to the application of report, production report: 74, including: personnel 23, contractual 5, salary and welfare class 25, each career ministry of information 17 sheets, other types of statements 4. 1. Achieve efficient and convenient vertical management, human resources management on a main line; 2. Establish a unified platform for the unified data and decision support; 3. Standardize the process, optimize business procedure management and systematic work. We have repeatedly modified and reorganized the flowchart for the 17 subsidiaries of human resources with writing attitude seriously according to the company’s actual business.In a summary, the establishment of MIS system in Northeast Pharm should take human resources management as emphasis to enhance the company’s core competitiveness. By application of MIS system, it has brought in the advanced management concept of human resources,combing with the practical business software company and the company human resources demand for personalized, to improve work efficiency of human resource management personnel.And it can make staff free from cumbersome administrative affairs, more focused on the strategic management of human resources work. And I anticipate pharmaceutical group system for on-line technical support, business process adjusting for decision-making support, and risk control.
