| Ji Lin Haoyu Electric Co., Ltd.(referred to Haoyu company) is one of high-tech enterprises specializing in thermal power, nuclear power plant piping systems designing and manufacturing operations, which not only has the capabilities of four pipelines designing, manufacturing, industrial piping and other integrated services, but also has the comprehensive integration of nuclear power plant piping systems manufacturing capacity.At present, the development of C hina power industry is in a period of vigorous development. The electrical fittings and other related equipment manufacturing enterprises have a bright future, while are facing the challenges of technological innovation, transformation and upgrading of equipment and so on at the same time. All enterprises must solve problems of how to grasp the opportunities for company’s further de velopment, to maintain steady growth and sustainable development, to occupy a larger market share.Based on the theory of enterprise development, this paper focuses on the analysis of internal and external environmental factors. We use PEST, Porter’s five forces model and other methods to analysis enterprise resources and capabilities. And on this basis, according to the company’s own strengths, weaknesses and external opportunities and challenges, we build SWOT matrix of Haoyu company. We improve company’s corporate culture and strategic objectives, guiding Haoyu company to accelerate development in this highly competitive market. Propose feasible development strategy in terms of corporate governance, human resources, and making effective measures to ensure the implementation of the strategy. |
