| The sustained development of China’s economy is promoting the deepening and improvement of the capital market.More and more local governments are also building capital operation platforms to deeply participate in the market through market-oriented means,thus serving the regional economy.As a state-owned investment platform,QDKFQ Investment and Construction Group has many wholly-owned and holding enterprises under its control.There are still many problems and difficulties in how to integrate resources for coordinated development.It plays an important role and significance for its sustainable and stable development by clarifying development strategies and developing ideas.Firstly,this thesis analyzes the status quo of QDKFQ Investment and construction Group’s development strategy,and finds that the main problems of the company’s development strategy are improper development orientation,the mismatch between the overall development strategy and the actual development needs,the lack of scientific planning of the company’s functional strategy,and the lack of effective guarantee measures for the implementation of the company’s development strategy.Then,from two aspects of the PEST macro environment and the existing competitors for the company’s external environment analysis,from two aspects of internal resources and management ability for the company’s internal environment is analyzed,based on the questionnaire survey,on the company’s external and internal factors EFE,IFE matrix analysis respectively,based on the external and internal environment analysis,Use SWOT to summarize the company’s strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges;Then,the development strategic positioning of QDKFQ Investment and Construction Group is formulated from two aspects of development vision,mission and development goals.Then,based on the analysis results of QDKFQ Investment and Construction Group’s development strengths,weaknesses,opportunities and challenges,the SWOT strategic matrix is formulated,and four alternatives of the company’s development strategy are obtained.They are diversification strategy(ST),growth strategy(SO),reverse strategy(WO)and shrinkage strategy(WT).The senior executives and strategic management team of the company are surveyed by questionnaire.The content and weight of each factor are directly imported into QSPM matrix from EFE matrix and IFE matrix.Calculate four kinds of alternative strategy the appeal of the total score and(STAS),found that scored the highest diversification strategy,therefore,ultimately determine QDKFQ development strategy for the strategy of diversifying investment construction group,and the differentiation marketing strategy,financing platform strategy,internationalization strategy of brand war,professional human resource strategy formulated the company development strategy function;Finally,this thesis puts forward that QDKFQ Investment and Construction Group should establish a modern enterprise management system,optimize the organizational structure,improve the construction of enterprise culture system,and improve the capital and risk control,and put forward implementation measures to ensure the implementation of the four aspects,and promote the effective implementation of the development strategy. |
