Research On The Urban Tourismization Development Of Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt

ABSTRACT:At present, China is still in the stage of development of industrialization, the second industry is supporting the development of national economy, but the relative proportion is decreasing gradually, and the third industry contribute to the economic growth to achieve the sustained rise in status. As the major tourist destination, function of destination is becoming a common feature of many cities, with the growth of the urban comprehensive strength, comprehensive improvement of urban environment and the improvement of the city’s infrastructure, the city’s tourism function is gradually strengthening. The process of Urban tourism function’s reinforcement is"tourismization". "Tourismization" is the important measure of urban development level, also determine the basic foundation of tourism city. Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt has rich tourism resources, tourism function is stronger, therefore this article selects the tourismization level of the six cities as the research object, by adopting the combination of theoretical research and empirical research method, the integrated use of literature research, statistical analysis, comparative research, etc. Mainly studies the connotation of urban tourismization, and the evaluation method for preparation of the construction of evaluation index system, Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt cities’affecting factors,and the evolution regularity of the level of tourismization changed over time.Six cities’tourismization development level measure of Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt, draw the conclusion:the level of tourism is the necessary laws of development of each city, and the factors affecting each level of urban tourism is different. Summing up the method of each level improve urban tourism. Dalian should be resorted to the tourism industrial upgrading to strengthen regional financial, business, culture, sports, such as real estate industry and the integration of tourism, tourist train of thought to improve the added value of these industries, implementation services industry convergence; Dandong can foster a sense of universal service for tourism, make up for the loss of talent to enhance general tourism quality consciousness and civilization; Jinzhou city area as a whole should be fully functional construction of tourist destination of comprehensive promotion area. Yingkou should guide to better play to the government’s leading role, give full play to the market resources allocation decision function; Panjin should promote environmentally friendly, green tourism development mode, the ecological environment into tourism development advantages, create more wealth and green ecological benefits; Huludao can create "travel + other industry" development mode, makes deeply integrated tourism and other related industries.This article is divided into six parts. Chapter 1 is introduction, including research background, research purpose and significance, research methods and train of thought, structure and main research contents and innovation; Chapter 2 for the the concept, theory and evaluation method of urban tourismizaton development; Chapter 3 is the urban tourismization development level evaluation methods of cities of Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt, including the urban tourismization development in Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt, tourismization development level evaluation index and index system of choice of Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt cities; Chapter 4 is the Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt cities’ tourismization development level evaluation of empirical analysis, including data collection, sample index layer result analysis, tourism comprehensive evaluation score results; Chapter 5 is the suggestions of Liaoning Coastal Economic Belt from city tourism economy, tourism industry, tourism resource level and government support for tourism level; Chapter 6 is the conclusion and enlightenment, including the main conclusion and revelation for the city management, the lack of research and prospect.
