Study On Coordinated Development Between Maritime Industry And The Coastal Economic Belt In Liaoning Province

During "11th Five-Year Plan" period, Liaoning Province has gradually entered to improve the quality of life as the main goal of building a well-off society and to revitalize the old northeast industrial base as the theme of the new development period, which will bring about the maritime industry unprecedented opportunities and challenges, with the Liaoning coastal economic belt promoted to national strategies. In order to meet this, How to ensure the coordinated development between Maritime industry and the coastal economic belt that should arouse the management department on close attention in Liaoning Province. the coordinated development between Maritime industry and the coastal economic belt will play an important role in Liaoning province's economy. Therefore, that Research has far-reaching practical significance.The whole thesis is organized in 6 chapters. The first chapters introduce the background and give an overview of literature respectively, and then reviews the relevant research on DEA model. Chapter 2 first traces the definition of maritime industry and the actuality of China maritime industry. Then introduce and analyze the development actuality of Liaoning province maritime industry. In the chapter 3, the paper introduce the coastal economic belt at home and abroad, and make the in-depth analysis and evaluation of the development for the coastal economic belt in Liaoning Province. The fourth part presents the model, the basic theory system of DEA model has been described, including the basic ideology, character, frame of the model. comprising model tentative, parameters, variables and equations of the DEA model, and give the data source and the solution of the model. based on maritime industry and the coastal economic belt status assessment of the first three chapters, and the analysis of coordinated development of the fourth chapter the paper, to make a planning for coordinated development between Maritime industry and the coastal economic belt, provide the scientific basis for the department of Liaoning Province. The last part summarizes the main results of this paper and problems, paving the way for follow-up study.
