"Eating comes first", The grain problem is not only crucial to the interest of farmers, customer healthy, but also related to the government stable and the economic development. Every period of government are consider the issues of agriculture as the first important task, the local government take the agricultural industrialization and the modernization to the first place, but the agricultural industrialization is still feeble. The grain marketing field are full of different level products, too much brands, when customers select the correct things they want is very hard. So A grain enterprise comes up under the situation, A enterprise provide fresh, nutritive, healthy, delicious grain food.The thesis analyses A grain company strategy, they sell rice and crop, The author hopes to come to a conclusion which can guide other grain enterprises. The thesis uses the strategy theory as the guidance, utilize the typical strategy management tools as the PEST analysis, Porter" fiver forces" model and EFE evaluation matrix to analyze the external macro-environment, industrial competition situation, coming the conclusion that the external political and economic environment is suitable for A; Analysing the industry environment, we know that the grain industry environment is good to A too, and the customer bargain ability influences the profitability and development of A; Analyse the internal resourse of A and utilize the SWOT strategy combination, IFE internal evaluation matrix to analyze the internal resource and environment, by this way we find the strength, weak, opportunity and threat of A grain enterprise. After all the analysis, the thesis comes out the differentiation strategy, including product differentiation strategy, service differentiation strategy and marketing differentiation strategy. Any strategy wants to come true, need a complete strategic implementation measure to support, In the end the thesis propose three measures, including optimize the organization structure, complete the HR system and improve the marketing ability which insure the strategy target to achieve.
