New urbanization planning in Fujian Province(2014-2020) put forward a goal, that by 2020, the urbanization rate of the population of permanent residents should be 67%, the census register population urbanization rate should be 48%. The layout and structure of urbanization should be better. Living environment should be improved significantly. The system of urbanization mechanism should be better.
