Research On The Capability Coordination Contract Of Logistics Service Supply Chain Based On Platform

With the rapid development of Internet technology and the popularity of the concept of sharing economic,the logistics platform and supply chain platform,which focused on resource integration and integration management,have emerged as the times require,and a platform-based supply chain system was gradually formed.Through the management and technical means,platform-based enterprises had an important influence on promoting the coordination and optimization of supply chain resources and improving the level of supply chain coordination.Based on this,from the perspective of capacity coordination contract,considering the platform's optimal scheduling effect on the supply chain logistics system,the platform-based logistics service supply chain capacity coordination mechanism was focused on under the uncertainty of demand.The platform-based logistics service supply chain operation mode was analyzed.The concept of platform-based logistics service supply chain was defined,its constituent elements were analyzed,the core ideas of platform-based logistics service supply chain operation were expounded,and the platform-based logistics service supply chain operation process was described.On this basis,the operational mechanism was analyzed from three aspects: establishing strategic partnership,constructing contract incentive mechanism and setting up logistics service platform.The problem of integrated logistics service repurchase contract for single logistics capacity needs was studied.Considering the uncertainty of demand,a platform-based integrated logistics service repurchase contract model was established,which was analyzed for the presence or absence of temporary logistics service providers.Researches showed that considering the coordination of temporary logistics service providers' participation in logistics service capacity can not only improve the expected return of the logistics service supply chain,but also improve the order fulfillment rate of platform-type enterprises,which was conducive to maintaining good capacity coordination and partnership.The issue of integrated logistics service repurchase contract for multi-logistics capacity needs was further studied.Aiming at the situation that temporary logistics service provider participated in the coordination of logistics service capability,the time-relationship function was introduced to build a platform-based multi-logistics capability demand integrated logistics service repurchase contract model,and capacity coordination was studied in the context of considering both expected returns and satisfaction levels.The multi-objective problem was transformed into a single-objective problem solution by the ideal point method.The research results showed that the model can achieve the optimal return and satisfaction of the logistics service supply chain at the same time.Through the sensitivity analysis of relevant parameters,it was proved that changing the importance level of key nodes and the service quality coefficient of fixed logistics service providers can also achieve a certain degree of coordination of the logistics service supply chain as a whole.
