Study On The Protective Functions Of Local Government To Promote Migrant Workers Wage Increases

Reform and opening up 30 years, with the continuous development of our economy and society, more and more rural labor force is no longer engaged in agricultural production, but migrate to the higher industrialized town, forming the "migrant workers "this special labor groups with Chinese characteristics. It also produce a lot of problems, especially lower wages for migrant workers, workers’ legitimate rights and interests are not effectively protected and so the situation is more common. Consequent widening wealth gap, increase social disharmony factors and other issues. The paper closely to build a harmonious labor relations, to promote higher quality employment and do everything possible to increase the income of the strategic context, through literature research, field research, data analysis and comparison methods, draw on relevant research results of wage theory, the use of data analysis method of migrant workers nationwide data and survey data were compared peasant laborers, labor induction characteristics of migrant workers, migrant workers and low wage and low-wage migrant workers the reasons were analyzed, and then by constructing game theory model, based on the model Discussion on local government policies and measures to promote reasonable growth of wages of migrant workers.This paper is divided into seven sections:The first part is to clarify the purpose and significance of this thesis describes studies on wages at home and abroad, this thesis research methods and technical route of this dissertation and shortcomings.The second part of the basic concepts and theory involved in wage determination will be briefly described.
