Migrant workers have made significant contributions to China's reform and opening up and economic development. With the passage of time, the migrant workers' groups began to replace each other between generations. The new generation of migrant workers has gradually become the main force of migrant workers.According to the "2016 Migrant Workers Monitoring Survey Report," the data shows that the proportion of new generation of migrant workers in the country's migrant workers reached the level of 49.7%,and showing an increasing trend year by year.At the same time, the report of the 19 th National Congress proposed to support the employment of peasants and broaden the channels for peasants to increase income, which is an important means to realize the strategy of revitalizing the countryside. The continuous increase in the wage income of the new generation of migrant workers is an important part of the increase in farmers' income, and the education human capital plays an important role in promoting the growth of wages and income for the new generation of migrant workers. However, the current level of education human capital for the new generation of migrant workers needs to be improved, and the role of education human capital in increasing wage income has been constrained to some extent by the existence of various differences. Therefore,by studying the influence of the new generation of migrant workers' education human capital on wage income,we find that the specific features of the impact of education on human capital in wage income,to improve the new generation of migrant workers education, human capital, raise wage income, and realize the strategy of rural rejuvenation All have important significance. This article first explains the research background and significance of the influence of the new generation of migrant workers' education human capital on wage income, reviews and collates domestic and foreign related literature, and puts forward the innovation of this article. At the same time, the relevant concepts of this article are defined, and the human capital theory and wage income theory related to research are introduced.Secondly,it analyzes the current situation of the new generation of migrant workers' education human capital and wage income.Thirdly, this paper uses the data of CHIP2013 to empirically study the influence of new generation of migrant workers' education human capital on wage income, and analyzes the new generation of migrant workers' education human capital to wage income from four perspectives: gender, industry, region and income class. The impact of the difference. In order to test whether the influence of the new generation of migrant workers' education human capital on wage income is stable, the education human capital variables have also been tested for robustness according to the degree of education. Finally, based on the relevant conclusions, corresponding policy recommendations are proposed. The study found that, first, the education human capital of the new generation of migrant workers has a significant positive impact on wage income.Second, the human capital of the new generation of women migrant workers' education has a lower impact on wage income than the new generation of male migrant workers.Even if women have the same level of education as men,the wage income is lower than that of men.Third, the education human capital for the new generation of migrant workers in the secondary industry has a lower impact on wage income than the new generation of migrant workers in the tertiary industry, but the wage income is higher than that of the migrant workers engaged in the tertiary industry.Fourth, the education human capital of the new generation of rural migrant workers in the eastern region has a lower impact on wage income than the new generation of rural migrant workers in the central and western regions. This is mainly due to the marginal diminishing effect caused by higher education human capital levels.Fifth, the education human capital of the low-income groups of the new generation of migrant workers has a lower impact on wage income than the high-income group. In order to improve the education human capital level of the new generation of migrant workers, strengthen the effect of education on the impact of human capital on wage income, effectively and effectively increase the wage income of the new generation of migrant workers. This paper puts forward the following suggestions: First, increase investment in rural education funds, focus on upgrading rural schools' infrastructure and teaching equipment, optimize teaching conditions, and strengthen the construction of rural teachers.Second,we must strengthen the implementation of anti-employment discrimination laws and give women a higher proportion of tax incentives for enterprises. The new generation of women migrant workers will be guaranteed equal rights in employment and career advancement,so as to increase the effect of education on the impact of human capital on wage income.Third, continue to tilt more educational resources to the central and western regions. It is necessary to clarify the responsibilities of local governments at all levels in providing public education services, and strengthen the central government's efforts to transfer financial education expenditures in the central and western regions so as to increase the education human capital for the new generation of migrant workers in the central and western regions.Fourth, improve the labor market, promote the employment of new generations of migrant workers, establish a recruitment information release platform, and reduce the cost of search for new generations of migrant workers when they are looking for work.Fifth, accelerate the popularization of high school education and promote the popularization of higher education.
