With the rapid economic development, continuous urbanization, and the increasing number of migrant workers,it has become a large group. The peasant work is a special product in the process of industrialization and urbanization in our country and plays a crucial role in economic development. However, this group of migrant workers has only achieved a professional transformation, that is,a transition from agriculture to non-agriculture,and its place of residence is still stranded in rural areas,or lingering on the edge of the city, mostly becoming the "marginal people" of urban and rural areas. To a certain extent,it hinders the construction of urbanization, which requires migrant workers to stay in urban development and truly integrate into urban life.At the same time, with the changes in our country's economic structure and social structure, the peasant workers' groups have shown significant differences. The homogenous structure of migrant workers as a whole is gradually being broken down, and the internal levels are clearly differentiated.Different groups of migrant workers have obvious differences in terms of human capital, ideas, and lifestyles, especially in human capital.Human capital is different from other capitals and it depends on people. Therefore, from the perspective of human capital, exploring the stratification of migrant workers and their willingness to stratify into cities,it can better highlight the internal problems of migrant workers,in order to strengthen their confidence in the city, truly integrate into the city, and provide a basis for urban citizens. In this paper, the peasant workers who came to Changsha to work for the study are the objects of study.Based on the differences in the capital of peasant workers, the migrant workers' stratification and their willingness to delaminate into the cities are thoroughly explored.First of all, based on the dynamic review and related theories, the author analyzes the current situation of the peasant worker's capital and integration into the city, and the mechanism of the migrant workers' stratification into the city from the perspective of human capital.Secondly, from the perspective of human capital,we analyze the stratification of migrant workers, use cluster analysis to stratify migrant workers, and divide migrant workers into three levels:"intelligent migrant workers","skilled migrant workers",and "physical peasants" "Work" and compare the differences in the willingness of migrant workers at different levels to stay in the city through one-way analysis of variance. Finally,it puts forward policies and suggestions that will help migrant workers integrate into the city, strengthen their confidence and determination in leaving the city, and make them truly willing to integrate into the city and promote the development of urbanization.
