Study On The Problem Of Management Of Quality And Safety Of Aquatic Products In Zhejiang Province

China is the world’s important export and consumption of aquatic products, aquatic products quality and safety problems not only relates to the sustainable development of aquaculture in China, more closely related to people’s health, therefore, to strengthen the management of quality and safety of aquatic products research has the vital significance.In order to further improve the aquatic product quality and safety management of zhejiang province, this paper based on the theory of new public management theory, information asymmetry, and the theory of dual structure theory, combing the relevant literature on the management of safety and quality of aquatic products both at home and abroad, and on the basis of the problems existing in the safety management of aquatic products in zhejiang province were studied. First by the methods of literature review, questionnaire and on-the-spot interview method and so on the many kinds of methods for residents’consumption of aquatic products in zhejiang province, enterprise self control behavior of aquatic products, the government management of the research and analysis of the safety management of aquatic products in zhejiang province there is a lack of correct guidance of public consumption, administrative authority is not clear cause quality security loopholes in management using information disclosure, aquatic products, aquatic products quality and safety problem such as quality inspection testing system is not perfect, and then puts forward the only guide residents to establish a rational consumption idea, set up independent of the aquatic products quality safety management departments, through various channels to perfect the quality and safety of aquatic products information disclosure, and establish and improve the detection system of aquatic products to promote to the management level of ascension, hope to provide experience for reference for future research.
