The National Tourism Administration of China identified Year 2014 as "Smart Tourism Year", and on September 16,2015 issued the Notice of the Implementation of’Travel+Internet’Action Plan, actively promoting the integration of tourism and information technology as well as the growth of online travel investment and consumption. With the help of information technology’s development, the trend of tourism is unstoppable, and the tourism Apps, as the vital tool, implement and support the development and integration of smart tourism and the Internet, therefore, the research about tourists’usage behavior and the influence of tourism Apps is quite important.At present, there have been some foreign studies researching smart phones’impact on tourism and exploring several elements that smartphones impacted on tourism. However, similar studies in China are rare, mainly concentrating on the influence of tourism Apps’Application in particular places, like the museum and amusement park. In a word, whether foreign countries or China, the research about tourism Apps is still in its infancy, still lacks for the exploration in overall user behavior and impact of the tourism Apps.The research start from three stages:former, during and after the use of tourism Apps. This paper will adopt TAM (Technology Acceptance Model) and qualitative research method of grounded theory, based on the overall user behavior and impact of the tourism Apps. The paper will concentrate on how to solve the following three questions. The first one is why tourism Apps can become tourists’choice, what factors may influence the tourists to download and to use the Apps, namely the research of tourism Apps’download behavior. The second question is how tourism Apps play their role when they involve in the tourism activities, and what is tourists’using habit, that is, the research of tourism Apps’ user Interactions. The last one is what is the impact on tourists after tourism Apps, a new kind of technology, involving in the tourism activities, whether it changes some behaviors of the tourists or not, namely, the research of tourism Apps’Feedback Behaviors.This paper, on the one hand, expanded the related research in the field of tourism information technology, on the other hand, verifies the TAM in a new field, further strengthening the Application of the TAM. The study is rare by far, which involved the research how the tourism Apps participate in tourism activities as well as what’s the influence that tourism Apps’participation in tourism activities may bring to tourists. Based on the tourism Apps’participation in tourism activities, the paper draw the conclusion about tourists’habit and impact of using as well as the download behavior thorough qualitative research method of grounded theory, forming a basic model about tourism Apps user behavior and influence, making the study of tourism Apps relatively complete and laying the foundation for follow-up study in tourism Apps.
