Pro-Poor Tourism training is an important measure to enhance the stamina of sustainable development of poverty alleviation.Government departments regard Pro-Poor Tourism training as the top priority of Pro-Poor Tourism,and promote the work.However,it is an indisputable fact that the mismatch between supply and demand of Pro-Poor Tourism training.The reason is that the current training fails to understand the farmers' intentions to participate in and receive training,which results farmers are at a loss in the face of training.Therefore,studying the intentions of poor farmers to accept and participate in training,and exploring ways to improve the acceptance of Pro-Poor Tourism training is a valuable research topic for optimizing the effective supply of Pro-Poor Tourism training.Starting from the study of Pro-Poor Tourism,this paper expounds the necessity of carrying out Pro-Poor Tourism training through literature review,and launches the research theme of this paper-the research on the acceptance intentions of Pro-Poor Tourism training,which provides literature support for the later research.Considering the characteristics of the research object,this paper creatively introduces two variables into the technology acceptance model:Peasant Modernity and Subjective Norms,and makes a series of reasonable assumptions on the relationship between factors affecting farmers' acceptance of Pro-Poor Tourism training,and constructs a research model on factors affecting farmers'acceptance of Pro-Poor Tourism training.Then,this paper uses empirical research methods and through data analysis to clarify:Perceived Usefulness?Peasant Modernity?Subjective Norms are important direct factors affecting farmers' Pro-Poor Tourism training acceptance.Finally,based on the results and conclusions of the empirical analysis,this paper gives relevant management suggestions for optimizing Pro-Poor Tourism training supply side. |
