As the main participant in the modern market economy, enterprise is the main body of social production and circulation, the direct creator of material wealth and the backbone of force to promote the progress of social economic and technology. With the rapid development of enterprise economy, enterprise security problem is increasingly prominent. A variety of safety accidents occur frequently, which seriously affect the normal operation of the enterprise, resulting in the loss of life and property of people, and finally hinder the progress of the country. The main cause of the accident lies in people’s unsafe behaviors and equipment’s unsafe state. Gradually, the safety situation of equipment is more perfect, then people’s role becomes more important. One of the fundamental causes of the accident is employees’ weak safety awareness and inadequate security responsibility. Therefore, this paper takes the complex group system as the background to analyse and simulate the distribution of security responsibility of the enterprise employees. It researches the interaction of the individuals by using the relevant knowledge of Voronoi diagram.First of all, the unsafe factor is introduced to grade all kinds of security issues in the complex environment of the enterprise. It analyses and studies the cases with same safety grade and inconsistent safety grade respectively. Because of the complexity of the enterprise employee group, there are three situations that the security responsibility is equal or not and some new staffs join in when the safety grade is consistent. As the same, there are three situations when the safety grade is inconsistent. Respectively, there is no administrator, there are administrators and some intruders exist. According to the different situations of the system, the algorithm and movement rules are formulated for the distribution of employees’ security responsibility in the enterprise group system based on the theoretical knowledge of Voronoi diagram.Then, under the guidance of the control algorithm, it uses the MATLAB software to simulate the security responsibility distribution of different security conditions in the process of enterprise group system. It not only the effect of the interaction among individuals for the security responsibility distribution of the group system can be seen, but also the whole change of the system can be observed when the administrator and disturbance exist. So, the influence factors on the distribution of security responsibility can be achieved.Finally, to verify the validity of the rules through the simulation results. It analyses and explains the subtle relationship between individual and group complex system. From it, to get the relevant conclusions. Then put forward some constructive suggestions for enterprise safety management.
