Evaluation Of Potential Of The Industrial And Mining Land Reclamation Based On Multi-scenario Simulation

With the rapid development of industrialization and urbanization,many problems around land resources such as illegal occupation and non-agriculture used come into being,leading to the contradiction between human beings and land,which finally promotes the land reclamation.It is of great significance on the reclamation of industrial and mining land for reducing the pressure on urban land use and promoting sustainable utilization of land resources.Hubei is the study area of research project.Realizing the status quo of the exploitation and utilization of mineral resources,industrial and mining land reclamation and mine geological environment protection,it can help to divide the type of industrial and mining land in Hubei Province.Through the analysis of four influencing factors:topography,soil quality,irrigation assurance,the degree of damage,to determine the appropriate direction of reclamation,which included land,forest,the grass and garden,then use the result as the basis of division of Multiple scenario simulation.Using traditional ecosystem service value measurement method,compares the ecological benefits under different scenarios,choose the situation which is the highest value of ecological benefit as the optimal comprehensive reclamation mode.Based on previous research,a 24-item scale has been developed for this project from three dimensions of the complexity of reclamation,economic viability,production stability,the evaluation of potential of the reclamation indicator system is established,then uses PVW model to analyze the industrial and mining land reclamation potential of the whole province with the research unit of county,combines with the weight voronoi diagram,break through the county administrative region boundaries,effectively divides the reclamation potential space in a reasonable manner.In order to strengthen the understanding of the potential of industrial and mining land reclamation as cultivated land for using and its spatial zoning in Hubei Province.The results show that:1)At the end of 2015,the total area of the industrial and mining land of Hubei Province of 74.4 thousand hm²,it can be divided into four types:open-pit mining damage,underground mining sunk place,land damaged by production and construction projects,and an area of pressure by soil waste.2)Through land suitability analysis,we can know that open-pit mining damage and underground mining sunk place use cultivated land as the only suitable direction for reclamation.The reclamation mode of land damaged by production and construction projects and an area of pressure by soil waste is more appropriate,in other way,their direction of reclamation is diverse,such as using the forest and the grass as the direction.3)The four scenarios is A,B,C,D.The results show that the net value of ecosystem services of the four scenarios was 20.71 billion CNY,18.21 billion CNY,17.73 billion CNY,and 15.23 billion CNY?scenario A to D respectively?,among them,scenarios A benefited the most,so the ecosystem service function of land reclaimed by the combination of cultivated land and forest is the best,this model is also the best comprehensive reclamation mode which has he characteristic of Hubei Province.4)The using of potential of industrial and mining land reclamation of each county in Hubei Province is ideal,they are between highly reclamation as agricultural land for using??₂?and can not to be reclaimed as agricultural land for using??₂?,in addition,some counties?cities and districts?already have the economic level required for reclamation,but the agricultural production and forestry production capacity needs to be strengthened.5)According to the results of the use of reclamation potential rating,divides into 4 reclamation potential zones with the analysis of PVW-Voronoi diagram:the potential advantage zone,potential introverted zone,potential disadvantage zone and potential restricted zone,among them,the potential advantage zone in the central of Hubei Province presents the"mountain"font of Chinese character,other potential zones distribute and diminish step by step from it to surround just like a blossoming flower,and the potential disadvantage zone presents a"Z"type distribution in the southwest Hubei Province,we can see that reclamation potential zone in Hubei Province presents obvious regional characteristic.The research provided a targeted guidance for planning strategies of industrial and mining land reclamation in Hubei Province on the medium macroscopic scale.
