Along with the development of economic globalization, the human resources become enterprises'important factors to participate in the international competition; more and more enterprises begin to pay close attention to staffs interests. The development of social responsibility movement in China and the promotion of the position of labor in a certain extent have changed labor negotiation situation. This article comprehensively using China's transition labor relations,economic change,enterprise labor responsibility,Corporate social responsibility and related basic theory, fully absorbing the achievements of scientific research and taking on the basis of theoretical analysis, combining modeling and simulation analysis method, in the background of contemporary new labor relations the relationship between enterprise and workers is discussed.This thesis firstly expounds the corporate social responsibility theory, defining the conception of enterprise labor responsibility.And basing on this it comprehensively considers the influence factors of the enterprise attitude to labors, whether the enterprise bears labor responsibility very well, whether labor in the enterprise under the premise of preference can work earnestly. It builds Enterprise-Labor game matrix on the base of labor interests leading indicator. According to the repetition characteristics of this game, introducing evolutionary game theory, it obtains the replicated dynamic equation of enterprise-labor game. Next, it creates the Jacobin matrix of this equation, discussing the selection strategy of enterprise and workers in different restriction condition, then gets the evolutionary stable strategy of the model of this game(enterprise liable, labor working earnestly) and (enterprise not liable, labor not working earnestly). Then using software MATLAB to simulate, from the chart output of the game result you can clearly see the changing process of the choice of labor and enterprise in different interests conditions and influence, at the same time you can see the game evolutes the efficient result of social resources optimization allocation in the greater probability in the long term. That is the enterprise assuming responsibility and labor working in earnest. In view of enterprise in the game in the status of relative advantage, this paper uses the principal-agent theory to analyze the strategies of enterprise and labor in the game process, using reasonable punishment mechanism to promote labor work hard, so as to achieve the ideal balance state. Finally, selecting Guangdong mobile Shantou branch as typical model to analyze how to bare the social responsibility well, thus improving employee satisfaction and enhancing the competitiveness of the enterprises and social influence.
