Research On Enterprise Personnel Safety Awareness Based On Voronoi Diagram

With the development of the country and the progress of society,large and medium-sized enterprises have become the main factors affecting the development of the market economy.As the main participants,enterprises play an important role in the creation of material wealth and the promotion of economic and technological.As the saying goes,there are advantages and disadvantages,accompanied by the rapid development of social economy,enterprises in pursuit of higher economic interests,ignoring the importance of safety.Therefore,at the same time to achieve high economic benefits,all kinds of safety accident occur frequently in enterprises.No matter the size of the accident,will cause more or less influence to the enterprise,even causing loss of life and property.Through the analysis of the previous accident,production safety accident is due to most of the enterprises "management loopholes,enterprise safety awareness" caused.The enterprise personnel safety awareness as influencing factors of safety management has always been a hot discussion of the related scholars.In the production activities of manufacturing enterprises,enterprise management and enterprise personnel safety awareness is closely related,many accidents are due to poor management caused.Among the many influencing factors,the weak awareness of personnel safety is the fundamental reason.At present,there is not much research in this area in China,and the research objects in control science are general employees of enterprises.However,with the development of economy,the role of leaders is also growing.Therefore,it is meaningful to study and enhance the safety awareness of employees,so that leaders are easier to manage,so that enterprises can achieve a better safety production environment.This paper studies the complexity of the enterprise from the angle of control science,the Voronoi diagram simulation method is used to build the enterprise safety awareness model,and to study the impact on Enterprise Safety Management.So that in the actual operation of enterprise safety management to develop targeted measures to control the regulation of enterprise safety awareness of the size of the impact,so as to improve the leadership of the enterprise management,and reduce the incidence of production safety accidents.Firstly,this paper analyzes and discusses the concepts,theories and status quo of enterprise management and safety awareness at home and abroad,and summarizes the complex relationship between safety management and safety awareness from the perspective of control science.With the knowledge of Voronoi graph theory as the foundation,and whether the enterprise employee safety awareness by leader influence research,through the variables of employee safety awareness in the definition of influence enterprise size and formulate rules on the interaction without leaders under the influence of the situation were analyzed.Secondly,according to the survey results,select a larger proportion of the number of employees affected by the safety training from the factors influencing thesafety awareness of the enterprise size,enterprise education and enterprise safety experience as the main research variables.By using Matlab software,simulation analysis of different influence factors on the size of the safety awareness of the enterprise,and to observe the changes in the guidelines,the safety awareness of the enterprise size.Finally,according to the simulation results verify the effectiveness of the proposed measures,and explain the impact of variables in enterprise safety management and employee safety awareness,and draw conclusions and put forward the views of enterprise safety management.
