A Competitiveness Analysis Of Representative Enterprises Of Strategic Information Industry

Since the financial crisis of 2008,the strategic information industries represented by the new generation information technology is attracting attention of countries around the world. The concept of strategic information industries is from the idea of "strategic emerging industries". According to "the new generation of information technology "from" The decision on speeding up cultivating and developing strategic emerging industries" by the state council and many other information technology industries repeatedly mentioned by the state council policy files,this paper put forwards a strategic information industry system,which including industries of IOT, Triple Play, New Type of Flat-panel Display, Cloud Computing, High-end Software, Beidou Satellite Navigation, Quantum Communication, Robots, Supercomputers and CPU. At the same time, based on the shannon-weaver mode and yi-xin zhong information model, according to the above 10 industries’ position in the information chain, this paper builds the model of strategic information industry system based on information chain.Then,in consideration of the advantages and disadvantages of typical evaluation methods of enterprise competitiveness,and the advantages of comprehensive indexes,data availability,strong correlation between indexes and competitiveness,and superposition of enterprise competitiveness monitoring system of China business, this paper finally chooses enterprise competitiveness monitoring system of China business which was put forward by industry and enterprise competitiveness research center of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and the news of China Business as a method to evaluate monitor representative enterprise competitiveness of strategic information industries.According to the model of strategic information industry system and the the monitoring system of China Business News,this paper selects 121 representative enterprises both at home and abroad, according to a total of 9 indicators which cross the factors of Scale Competitiveness,Growth Competitiveness and Efficiency Competitiveness,and the statistical range is five years (2010-2014).Then the paper monitors all these representative enterprise’s competitiveness at home and abroad.In the next, from the comparison of representative enterprises’ competitiveness of strategic information industries at home and abroad, we found that the domestic industries have a certain advantage in growing competitiveness, but a obvious disadvantage on the scale competitiveness and efficiency competitiveness, when making further analysis to secondary indexes of the growth, scale and efficiency competitiveness,it is found that sales income, net assets and other two indicators cause the disadvantage of scale and efficiency competitiveness,and the advantage of the growth competitiveness is both caused by growth rate of sales revenue and net profit among three years.Finally, in view of the insufficiency of this research, as well as the possibility of further research, this paper has carried on a prospect of concerned research.
