Research On The Quality Safety Behavior Of Feed Processing Enterprises Based On Organizational Capability

Feed processing industry is an important part of agricultural economy, has been a higher concern in the field of agriculture, The quality and safety of livestock and poultry products frequently occurred, so that the community began to focus on the source of livestock and poultry products, that is, the quality and safety of feed products. At present, many scholars take the quality and safety behavior of enterprises as an important issue, to analyze the quality and safety behavior of enterprises from different perspectives and theories, and carries on the empirical test. This study is based on the perspective of organizational capabilities, in the field of feed processing enterprises to study the quality of safety behavior. In theory, analysis the influence relation of feed processing enterprise organizational capability of quality safety behavior, and through empirical research to test the relationship between the two, then put forward to enhance the quality and safety of feed processing enterprises behavior favorable recommendation.Firstly, based on the previous research, this paper constructs a theoretical analysis framework, summarized the influencing factors of quality safety behavior, the organization capability is one of the influencing factors, construct the theoretical model of this study. Through theoretical analysis, the organization capability has important influence on the quality safety behavior in feed processing enterprise, but what kind of power will affect the behavior is not known,so we need test by empirical analysis.Secondly, on the basis of the theoretical model, selecting the measurement items of organizational capability and quality safety behavior,designing the survey questionnaire and collecting data, using descriptive analysis, factor analysis and regression analysis by SPSS 19, verify the relationship between the organization capability of feed processing enterprises and the quality safety behavior, and get the corresponding conclusion.Finally, after the research of theory and practice, the following conclusions are obtained:The organizational capability has a significant positive effect on the quality safety behavior, but different abilities are different in different behaviors, supply management ability, industry chain integration capability, quality management ability, strategic management ability and research and empolder capability have a significant positive impact on the pre process quality safety behavior; Process management capability, cooperation relationship management ability, production management ability, human resource management abilityand quality management abilityhave a significant positive impact on the process quality safety behavior; Risk management ability, cooperation relationship management ability, marketing management abilityand industry chain integration capability have a significant positive impact on the post process quality safety behavior. According to the conclusion of this study, some pertinent suggestions are put forward for the improvement of the quality and safety behavior of feed processing enterprises.
