Study Of Growth Model Affect The Quality And Safety Control Ability Of Feed Enterprises

Feed processing industry is an important part of the animal husbandry industry,and it is an important part of agricultural economy.Because of the barriers to enter feed industry are quite low,and as a result,the scales and production ability of the existing enterprises are uneven,some of which are unable to meet the national standard in terms of production,technology and management,and this influence the safety of feed products and animal products.Facing the fierce competition,Enterprises can only get advantage resources and competitive strength from growing,and raise the level of products quality and safety is an important aim to most feed enterprises.This study,based on the enterprise growth theory,research on how growth model affect the quality and safety control ability of feed enterprises,and through empirical analysis,has tested the relationship between them,and suggestions and measures are put forward on how to improve the quality and safety control ability according to different growth stages of feed processing enterprises.In this study,first of all,based on the character of feed enterprises growth and the enterprise growth theory,the growth model of feed enterprises are classified into two dimensions:strategic choices,including specialization and integration;growth expanding,both internal expanding and external expanding.Combined with research of scholars and the facts of feed enterprises,in this study,the quality and safety control ability is focused on two aspects:internal control and external control of feed processing enterprises.When the quality and safety of internal control is measured,this study turned to 4M1E quality management system,including five aspects:manpower,machine,material,method,and environment;then the quality and safety of external control is measured in which relationship stability between companies and partners,and sensitivity of product quality and safety to competitions and to price changes,etc are clearly performed.After growth pattern and the quality and safety control are clearly defined,analyses the influence factors of the quality and safety control of enterprises,consider growth model as one of the factors that affect the quality and safety control,that makes the enterprises has different quality and safety control ability,finally the theoretical framework are built,which is based on the theory of enterprises growth,and focused on the quality and safety control ability for feed processing enterprise growth model.Secondly,after building the theoretical framework,the writer come up with a hypothesis and build multiple linear regression model.Through the empirical test on the relationship between the growth pattern and the quality and safety control for validation.The 5 Likert scale method is adapted to measure the quality and safety control ability and questionnaires are designed on growth model and the quality and safety control ability.Complete the survey by Visit feed enterprises,and eventually recycling effective questionnaire 81 copies.Using SPSS21.0 to deal with the data,the main methods include:describe the basic analysis of the feed enterprises;factor analysis was carried out on the quality and safety control ability test item;regression analysis of the growth model impact of quality and safety control ability.And the different growth model and the influence of the relationship between the quality and safety control is validated,and the regression results are summarized in this paper.Finally,combined with the theoretical research and empirical test results,a conclusion of this article research is drawn.From the point of view of quality and safety of internal control,integration strategy and internal expansion and expansion are of great significance.From the perspective of quality and safety of external control,integration and external expansion are of great significance.From the perspective of the overall control over the quality and safety,the internal expansion model expansion,is adapted in specialized feed-processing enterprises while the external expansion model is adapted in the integrated feed processing enterprises.After a summary on the research conclusion,related suggestions are put forward to improve the quality and safety control and improve the quality and safety of feed-products,depending on different feed processing enterprise growth models...
