Research On The Development Of Winery Sightseeing And Leisure Park

With the rapid development of agricultural tourism in China,the grape wine chateau attracted more and more investment and made great progress in recreation industry.In this paper,the author according to the successful experience in the United State's chateau market,to combine the practice in Honghe,China(The author's hometown)apply economics,management,tourism landscape planning and other related theory and method,to explore the grape wine chateau investment and development strategy.First of all,this paper systematically analyses the development case of France,the United States,and China grape wine chateaus.Summarizing the successful experience and business model they succeed.Secondly,this paper sums up the development conditions of chateau,including geographical location,resource endowment,economic development,social and cultural conditions.Thirdly,this paper presents the development content of grape wine chateaus includes tourism image,functional position,tourist activities and landscape.Fourthly,this paper analyzes the investment capital,operating income and development cycle of the winery themed leisure and sightseeing park.Finally,this paper puts forward some suggestions on the development of the chateau investment project in China from three levels,including government policy,industrial management and business administration.The conclusion of this paper can provide some new ideas for the research and development of China's leisure agriculture tourism.
