Research On The Development Of Leisure Agricultural Tourism In Changping District Of Beijing

Leisure agriculture tourism is a sunrise industry that has great development potential and helps solve the problems of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.It is also an emerging industry that benefits the country and the people.The rapid development of modern agriculture has further narrowed the distance between rural and urban areas,especially in rural areas around some large and medium-sized cities.Its agricultural production structure has gradually changed,not only has basic agricultural productive functions,but also functions to serve cities.In recent years,problems such as smog and pollution in Beijing have become more prominent,and people are yearning for a close contact with nature.They are longing to return to field to relax themselves.Changping District is located in the northwestern part of the capital.The title of “Pillow”,especially the unique location advantage and natural resource advantage,provides an excellent opportunity for the development of leisure agriculture.As early as the 1980 s,Changping had the prototype of leisure agricultural tourism.However,the development of leisure agriculture in Changping District is not smooth.Only in the past ten years,under the influence of major activities such as strawberry garden and agricultural carnival,the current achievements have gradually emerged,but it has also been exposed many problems in the process of developing leisure agriculture.Such as repeated construction problems and environmental pollution problems,this paper has important practical significance by studying the deepening of leisure agriculture in Changping District,improving its core competitiveness and realizing the sustainable development of leisure agriculture in Changping District.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction.It explains the reasons for choosing leisure agriculture tourism from the research background,research purpose and significance,and clarifies the content and structure of the research content.The second part is related theoretical research on leisure agricultural tourism.The third part specifies the resources and environment of leisure tourism development in Changping District and elaborates the development status of leisureagricultural tourism in Changping District.The fourth part conducts an empirical study on the leisure agricultural tourism resources in Changping District,and analyzes the survey data to find out the problems existing in the development of leisure agriculture tourism.The fifth part proposes corresponding countermeasures on the empirical issue.The sixth part is the conclusion.
