In recent years,the urbanization process has been accelerating,and various commercial and residential construction projects have been continuously expanded.As an important part of real estate management and modem urban management,the enterprise,socialization,and specialization of property management have become a new type of service industry.Compared with other industries,property service companies are labor-intensive industries,and the number of enterprises is large,and the concentration of the industry is low.The employees of the property company,as the executor of the various work of the enterprise,their overall quality is directly related to the quality and level of property service.However,a common phenomenon in the property service industry at present is the low level of employee satisfaction,which has become an urgent business dilemma for the long-term development of property servico enterprises.Therefore,how to improve the level of employee satisfaction is a major problem that human resources managers must think about and solve.This article first combs the literature related to employee satisfaction at home and abroad,taking the XW property management company as an example,and secondly,on the basis of understanding the concept and influencing factors of employee satisfaction,combs the current situation of employee satisfaction and the impact on the XW property company.According to the actual situation of tihe company,we conducted investigation and research through questionnaires and exchange interviews,and conducted exploratory analysis by means of literature method,interview method and comparative analysis method.Select the job itself work environment,interpersonal relationships,salary benefits and promotion opportunities that affect employee satisfaction to analyze and identify the key factors that affect employee satisfaction,so as to effectively improve and optimize the countermeasures.It also provides some reference for other related property service enterprises.
