In recent years, with the rapid development of science and technology, and continuously push forward the process of globalization, product life cycles continue to shorten, the market has gradually close to saturation. In response to unrest complex environment and avoid vicious competition fierce, through mutual cooperation between enterprises in order to effectively obtain valuable resources required for innovation, reduce development costs and open up new markets. Between supply chain enterprises and direct competitors to form into a competitive strategic alliances continues to increase. Co-opetition strategy has become a lot of enterprise is regarded as one of the effective ways to improve their competitiveness. At the same time, information sharing as the basis for supply chain management, the horizontal co-opetition of competitive strategic alliances in innovation activities, has a very important role. Between supply chain partners to each other direct competitors in the Chinese cultural context is how to implement the co-opetition strategy, co-opetition strategy is how to influence the information sharing and innovation performance, as well as information sharing is how to influence the enterprise innovation performance, are worthy of our in-depth discussion, So research on the impact of relationship horizontal co-opetition strategy between the supply chain on information sharing and innovation performance has very important significance. There are many researches on information sharing before, but relatively little research can involve both horizontal co-opetition between the supply chain as antecedent variables and innovation performance as outcome variables. Summarization about the relative research at home and abroad, the theoretical model of relationship between co-opetition strategy, information sharing and innovation performance, and to establish partnership with direct competitors of enterprises as the research object, is proposed and empirically tested using data collected from 163 manufacturing companies in Pearl River Delta of Guangdong province. Then through SPSS 19.0 and AMOS 17.0 statistical analysis software, using the structural equation model to analyze the relationship between horizontal co-opetition strategy, information sharing and innovation performance, to verify the proposed six research hypotheses. According to related literature, the paper divides information sharing into information sharing content and information sharing quality, and divides innovation performance into process innovation and product innovation. The results show that both competition and cooperation have significant positive impact on innovation performance; competition and cooperation have significant impact on innovation performance indirectly with information sharing; cooperation has significant positive impact on information sharing, but competition has significant negative effect on both information sharing and cooperation. In the end of the paper, analysis and discussion was made about the results observed in the study and some management implications were given, to practice and development of horizontal co-opetition between enterprises of the supply chain to provide theoretical reference basis.
