The Optimization Of LBZB Company Production Process

Manufacturing industry, which is not only the reflection of productivity, but an important indicator to evaluate the level of national development, is the essential foundation or basis of people’s production and life. With the rapid development of manufacturing industry in China, the competition among enterprises is becoming increasingly intensified. In order to improve production efficiency and reduce production costs, many companies have chosen to optimize the production process. Therefore, this research aims to optimize the production process of manufacturing companies, and to analysis the optimizing process with a real case. From the two-month internship experience in the company, there exists some unreasonable situations of the production of 750kW tower, which is the layout of the workshop and tower’sproduction process. Through the study of the existing process optimization theory, this research uses the process analysis method and operation analysis method to improve the production process with the use of "5W1H" and "ECRS". Based on SLP, this research lays out the production workshop so that the time for transportation and waiting can be reduced.This research starts with literature research, including a review of the domestic and international current situation of manufacturing industry. Taking into consideration of current status of the domestic production processes and the paper’s aim, deep theory study of production process optimization and layout optimization are of great necessity, which is also the foundation and guide for following study. Through analyzing the status of production of products and drawing the production process flow diagram, the cause of low productivity, high production costs will be identified. According to the unreasonable situation of enterprise layout, the research proposes a scheme with SLP to reduce time for transportation and waiting and costs of production. And next, explore the production process factors and use fishbone diagram method to identify the key factors that affect the five aspects of production efficiency. Respectively, use "5W1H"and"ECRS"to improve their production process. After above, there needs a preliminary assessment. On the basis of assessment, optimize the process of single working procedure with human machine operation method, so as to improve production efficiency.This paper focuses on optimizing process manufacturing production. And the severe situation of domestic manufacturing has been an alarm for optimizing production process.
