In recent years, China continues to increase the investment in railway construction, and it plays an important role in stimulating economic growth and the development of related industrial chain. This provides a strong support for a stable economic growth. But look at the history of the industry, every industry has its own life cycle. That is to say, China’s railway equipment manufacturing industry has reached a rapid development stage. Therefore, it will enter the period of maturity and decline in the future. Meanwhile, as the product homogeneity serious, competition in the future of the industry will increasingly be reflected on the supply chain competition.Purchase management is the key link in supply chain management. As a front-line procurement staff of the vehicle company, I summarize the eight years purchasing experience, unify the knowledge from MBA curriculums, record the realistic state of supply chain management for Vehicle Company, summarize the problem, and propose optimization scheme for these questions. Using the AHP can provide theoretical basis for the choice of suppliers, the EOQ model is used to determine the optimal order quantity and frequency of the consumable materials. Using ABC classification method to assign the storage and logistics management and control scientifically will improve work efficiency.With carrying out the lean improvement activities in vehicle company, the part optimization program has been implemented, and achieved some results. Such as the Probability of first test of the purchased parts promotes by 2.23%; daily arrival rate increases by 23.3%; Purchasing process is carded and perfected, Logistics service and the efficiency is improved; Managing quantity standard of carbon steel wire is set, It preliminary realizes workshop system storage and improves the picking efficiency etc. However, with the improvement activities carried out gradually, the optimization schemes will be implemented step by step, which will make continued ascension of the closing ratio, and decreasing of abnormity year by year. The SAP system within the supply chain information platform is continuously improved, which will further improve the logistics service level, and make the whole supply chain to stabilize and gradually achieve win-win situation.In theory, Purchase management is a complicated systematic work. Research on the purchase problems, in our country is only a short decade. Supplier has a linkage, if throw out other factors only consider gain and loss benefit of one interest nodes, it is easily to fall into the vicious circle of benefit paradox. In the research of the vehicle company, evaluated the entire supply chain, comprehensive consideration of internal and external relevance. A feasible optimization scheme for the optimization of enterprise purchase management is put forward.
