In the rapid economic development today, the banking sector is not only an important part of the national economic development, but with our lives. Secondly, the job stress, organizational support and the relevant literature burnout variables, the system reviews the concept of key variables, factors and methods of measurement and the relationship between job stress and burnout, and then summarized the relevant theoretical basis of this paper. Again, the use of a questionnaire, select located in Handan city commercial bank teller as the research object, statistical questionnaires, and proposed the hypothesis of this paper. Then, on the basis of job stress, burnout and organizational support reliability and validity analysis of its descriptive statistical analysis, difference analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to explain the organizational support to the work pressure and job burnout regulation effect. Finally, the study results are summarized, the research hypotheses, propose appropriate countermeasures, and described the shortcomings of this paper and future research were discussed.
