In the rapid economic development today, the banking sector is not only an important part of the national economic development, but with our lives. However, with increasing competitive pressures, city commercial bank teller increasing pressure of work, career interests and more low, teller burnout phenomenon resulting more and more obvious. Teller job stress problem, not just an individual’s psychological problems, it is an important issue of public concern. Burnout teller problem not only for the physical and psychological well teller career has brought problems, also have many adverse impact on their family and society. Therefore, this article will focus on the city commercial banks, city commercial bank teller analyze the relationship between job stress and burnout among the proposed mitigation city commercial bank teller work pressure and job burnout measures.This paper introduces the research background and research significance. Secondly, the job stress, organizational support and the relevant literature burnout variables, the system reviews the concept of key variables, factors and methods of measurement and the relationship between job stress and burnout, and then summarized the relevant theoretical basis of this paper. Again, the use of a questionnaire, select located in Handan city commercial bank teller as the research object, statistical questionnaires, and proposed the hypothesis of this paper. Then, on the basis of job stress, burnout and organizational support reliability and validity analysis of its descriptive statistical analysis, difference analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis to explain the organizational support to the work pressure and job burnout regulation effect. Finally, the study results are summarized, the research hypotheses, propose appropriate countermeasures, and described the shortcomings of this paper and future research were discussed.
