With the rapid development in today's society, work stress is becoming stronger in enterprise,so the staff have different levels of job burnout,which affect their health,and bring unfavorable influence on the development of enterprises. This study take the knowledge employee in apparel industry as an example, and conduct a research concerning the relationship between work stress, organizational support and job burnout in order to offer suggestions to the organizations so as to reduce knowledge employee's job burnout.Basing on the review of the previous research,this study specifies the design of the research,and then puts forward the hypotheses of the study. Data are collected through interview and questionnaire,and then by using a serious of statistic analysis,the hypothesis of this study are confirmed and the main conclusions of this study can be included:1. The job stress of knowledge employee comes from the characteristics of the job itself,role stress,interpersonal relation, career development,organizational structure and style, home/work inflict. The job burnout is divided into three dimensions, including emotional exhaustion, alienation and low professional efficacy. The organizational support is divided into three dimensions, including work support, identity value, and care benefits.2. The job stress of knowledge employee overall is above average. Because the impact of moderating effect about organizational support, the overall level of job burnout was not high.3. Job stress, organizational support and job burnout of knowledge employee have some differences in the personnel-concerned factors.4. The job stress and job burnout of knowledge employee are positively correlated. Job stress and organizational support have a negative correlation. Organizational support and job burnout has a negative correlation.5. The job stress of the knowledge employee can predicte job burnout. Work stress could negatively predict organizational support. Organizational support can predict job burnout.6. The organizational support has some moderating effect between job stress and job burnout.7. According to the conclusions, we made targeted recommendations to help the organization reduce staff burnout.
