Marx's theory of Ownership is very extensive and profound with its contents, which is an important part of Marx's complete-scientific economic system. Studying Marx's thoughts of ownership comprehensively and systematicly, mining the treasure of Marx's profound ownership theory is not only the necessity of accurate grasp of Marx's ideology and its essence, but also the needs of the practice of China's Ownership reform and for the construction of socialist market economy with Chinese characteristics.This paper will focus on four aspects of the Marx's theory of ownership. The first part is Marx's general theory of ownership, which introduces the concept of ownership, the nature of ownership, the origin of ownership and ownership historicity. The second part is the study of Marx's ownership relations system. The papper will first point from the main object of Marx's theory of ownership. Second is to investigate the relationship of Marx's ownership structure, including the relationship between the internal structure and external structure. The third part is the study of different forms of ownership. This section includes the study of the pre-capitalist ownership; study of capitalist ownership and social ownership of the vision for the future. The fourth part is the implications of Marx's theory of ownership to China's economic reform, including aspects of unswervingly adhere to the dominant position of public ownership; unshakably stick to the basic economic system of socialism's primary stage; reform and improve China's socialist market economic system; efforts to explore effective forms of Ownership ,etc.
