| The global aviation industry had the prosperity development so that the low-cost airline can continue to grow. The Asia Low Cost Carriers air transport market had a sustained and rapid development in recent years. In February of 2014, the Civil Aviation Administration of China issued the "Guiding Opinions on Promoting the Civil Aviation Authority of low-cost aviation development", and proposed a number of support policy measures to promote LCC development. Therefore, this article studied by Operational Mode and Performance Evaluation of the low-cost airline to facilitate current situation of Chinese current low-cost airline and their operations effectivily.This article studied low-cost airlines operational model from the three aspects.1. Reviewed the low-cost airline model and understand the characteristics of its business model by literature and organize reports of low-cost airline, while referring to aviation regulations and analysis of low-cost air carrier data to determine the main factors affecting its business model;2. Studied the low-cost airline operating costs control, and used fuzzy gray correlation method to compare its the degree of a relational association of impact factors and Grey Relational Order according to the grey feature of operational process;3. With regard to the larger relational association factors, used the CCR, BCC, SBM of DEA and the two distinct system modes to explore the technical efficiency and productivity efficiency growth in the world’s low-cost airlines, and used SPSS Pearson correlation test analyze SPSS in operational efficiency and flight safety, studies showed that a low degree of correlation between the two aspects.This study provides a reliable method to the low-cost airlines development of Chinese. This is not only promote the development of existing airlines, but also help to strengthen the resources management of low cost airlines, as well as provide a reference to the operation of future new low-cost airlines. |
